Min. from Egypt. of Tourism & Antiquities launches ambassador training program to transfer expertise between employees
Under the name of “Training Ambassadors”, the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities has launched a program aimed at transferring expertise among the employees of the ministry, thanks to the help of those who have obtained courses in the TOT program [Training of Trainees] and who hold a master’s or doctoral degree in various disciplines to benefit from their expertise in different sectors.
This is part of the ministry’s plan to upgrade the human element qualifications within the ministry and benefit from the expertise and cadres therein.
For her part, the adviser to the Minister of Tourism and Antiquities for training affairs, Suha Bahgat, indicated that the implementation of this program began with the organization of a training course for public relations officers. in museums located in Greater Cairo, at the Palace of Prince Mohammad Ali in Manial.
As part of the program, other training will be organized successively in different specialties. The trainee base will be expanded in a way that contributes to the development of the skills of ministry employees and ensures sustainability, which is in line with Egypt’s 2030 vision.
