Bonnie Ryan gives fans a glimpse of her lavish South African honeymoon
Bonnie Ryan took fans on her dream honeymoon in South Africa with her mystery hubby through a series of Instagram snaps.
The 29-year-old and her husband John, whose identity she keeps secret, married in a civil ceremony in March. They then held a lavish Italian wedding in front of family and friends in May.
Bonnie and John are currently living in South Africa, having arrived in Cape Town earlier in the week for a fun trip.
Uploading a photo of a restaurant overlooking the iconic Table Mountain, Bonnie showed off the glass of champagne she was enjoying in the rooftop dining room.
Another photo showed the food Bonnie and John were enjoying near Camps Bay in the city. While eating at The Bungalow Clifton restaurant, the married couple were treated to mouth-watering steak and fish.
‘Dine at @thebungalowclifton 10/10 stunning sunset views. Amazing staff and food. I recommend the bar.
“The hotel arranged for a taxi driver, but we were also recommended to download Uber and get around,” Bonnie wrote on Instagram.
Bonnie promised her 115,000 followers that she would keep them updated on all their adventures in South Africa.
“First full day exploring, so keep up with the tips,” she said.
The fashion influencer previously revealed that she and John are embarking on six weeks of travelling, marking the first time she has traveled “properly”.
She said on Georgie Crawford’s Good Glow podcast: ‘We’re going to be gone for a little over six weeks. It’s going to be our honeymoon, actually. I have never traveled.
“The longest time I’ve been away is three weeks on a family vacation. I’ve never done interrail or J1, I’ve always worked in the summers at home here.
‘We were just like ‘Why not? Now is the time to leave together. Take a great trip and see places we’ve never seen before. I’m so excited, I’m really excited.
Speaking of her excitement ahead of the honeymoon, Bonnie admitted she was looking forward to stepping out of her comfort zone.
She explained, “I’ve never done anything like this in my life. For many people they might say “It’s only six weeks of travel”. But, for me, I’ve never done anything like that.
“Even when I was away for my wedding for three weeks, I was up at dawn taking our walk and having our coffee. There’s something about my morning routine that calms me down no matter where I am. My routine is a little piece of home, it just makes me feel good.
